The hotel feels like a home away from home, with spacious rooms featuring an electrical adjustable mattress, a fully working kitchen, and a generally cozy atmosphere. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were compact but very well-equipped, cleverly set out with everything I could need and very smart & clean. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who even looked after our baggage after we had checked out. The location was convenient, close to Bayswater Station and surrounded by nice restaurants. However, the dining experience was lacking as no breakfast was included. Overall, a great value for money stay!
